I took it upon myself to collaborate with the HR team at Media Arts Lab, going beyond my designated role. I became a part of the D&I (Diversity and Inclusion) team, which prioritised the well-being and inclusion of its employees. I played a key role in illustrating and designing posters, presentation decks, and emails that facilitated the team in effectively conveying crucial welfare messages to the wider company. Creating these digital illustrations was a joyful experience. I focused on the concept of visualising small illustrated figures in a oversized world, encompassing a diverse range of individuals, all of which supported the essential copy.
