Illustration and BRANDING for Paperchase +PLUS

A delivery platform project for Paperchase +Plus, created to make sending and receiving cards feel more personal and playful.

The aim was to bring the brand’s colourful, joyful personality into the full delivery experience, from choosing and ordering a card online to opening the package at home.

I designed the range of illustrated cards alongside the designed parcel, postcards and stickers that customers received in the post.

This included creating card artwork, developing playful messaging, and designing the sending box, ensuring the experience felt considered, giftable, and recognisable from the moment it arrived.

CHALLENGES

This was one of Paperchase’s first attempts at an ambitious integrated campaign rollout. Alongside the typical print rollout, we needed to learn how to design for the digital experience.

The cards needed to feel expressive and commercially appealing, while the delivery box had to protect the product, feel special on arrival and carry the Paperchase personality beyond the shop floor.

RESULTS

The final work turned a simple card delivery service into a more branded and memorable customer experience.

By connecting the card designs with the packaging they arrived in, the project created a more complete Paperchase moment, full of colour, character and charm.
